Facing challenging times..

People face different challenges at different times. Life is always full of ups and downs. Every human being faces challenging situations, and each challenge gives life a new experience.

Nowadays, a large number of young people are even tempted to commit suicide due to their inability to face the challenges in their lives. The majority of them are university students. Therefore, one should not be limited to book knowledge alone but
should also have the ability to endure and be positive in the face of challenges, and the ability to cope with them well.

We can follow several steps for that.

We should always focus on what we can control. It is normal to feel pain and sadness when things are out of our control during difficult times. But we should try to rise above those situations and not dwell on them. We must also build positive mental strength to face reality.

And every time you feel discouraged by failure, you should remind yourself again and again why you started. Every time you fail, you should not give up and try again.

Also, if it is a large task, it can be completed in small parts. For example, when preparing for an exam, you have to remember a large range of relevant subjects. In that case, dividing each subject into small parts makes it easier to remember them.

There are several steps you can take to strengthen your mind to face challenges.

  • Focusing on aesthetic and artistic pursuits.
  • Calming the mind and meditating for at least 5-20 minutes a day.
  • Training the mind to think positively at all times.
  • Being grateful for everything you have received.
  • Focus exercises.
  • Breathing techniques.
  •  Sharing life's problems with good friends and parents.

We cannot always maintain the same level of strength to face challenges. But in every challenging situation, we can face it with a positive mindset and believe that this will make our lives stronger.
