Dance through artificial intelligence

The art of dance, which has gradually developed over time, has now had a strong impact on the field of dance, as well as on every other field, with technological advancements. As a result, artificial intelligence is currently being applied to the field of dance.

Harold Cohen, the world's first AI artist. In his 1973 essay 'Parallel to Perception', he questioned AI. This refers to how computers work in a way similar to the human mind.

'SHERPA' is called the world's first AI dancer. It was created by the University of Tokyo in 2019. It is designed to learn dance moves from human dancers. It can also analyze dance videos, learn their movements, and recreate them.

Currently, AI technology is being used in various dance creations. Here, AI can be used to explore the movements of existing dance creations and create new dance creations. It analyzes movements, rhythms, and styles and comes up with new ideas.

AI can also create robot dancers that look like human dancers.

Sophia, the robot dancer created by Hanson Robotics.

Spot robot dancer created by 'Boston Dynamic' company.

This AI robot dances will allow famous deceased dancers and dance styles to be brought back to the stage.

The free beat AI app offers generative tools that are central to AI-driven choreography and dance creation. These tools analyze thousands of existing dance routines, capturing the nuances of movement, rhythm, and style.

In this way, AI technology has brought about a revolutionary change in the field of dance, as in other fields.
